taking a yoga class. Our classes are smaller in size, which allows the
instructor to focus on each student individually to ensure that everyone is
benefiting from the class.

Dear Friends,
We have received the responses from a SURVEY we sent out a few weeks ago. Thank you to those who have participated. Based on those responses we have made a few adjustments to the schedule. Please note that the Tuesday Night yoga class has been eliminated (Wednesday and Saturday will remain the same). We will be adding a few new programs for the summer. Check back often on our website, Facebook page, and through e-mails to be updated.
